School

Oh no, not school! Do we have to go? But school is much more than just a series of lessons during the day. As well as learning crucial facts about our world, society, nature, politics or history, we also learn about social relations. With all that this entails in terms of risks, such as harassment, exclusion and violence. And all the opportunities, such as harmonious and empathetic cohabitation, friendship and love. Essential to our socialisation and culture, school is a major institution that must be protected. Similarly, access to education, particularly for girls, is a global issue and must be defended and developed.
