Every year, the goEast festival transforms Wiesbaden, the capital of Hesse, into one of the most important international venues for cinema from Central and Eastern Europe. As a project of the German Film Institute & Film Museum, goEast is dedicated to raising public awareness of the diversity and richness of Central and Eastern European cinema.
The current edition of goEast, the festival of Central and Eastern European film, will take place from 26 April to 2 May 2023.
