In Madagascar, while a large part of the population remains powerless in the face of its difficulties, a social movement is emerging. Exceptional individuals, both men and women, are questioning and standing up to fight fatalism and resignation among their own people. In their wake, rural communities are mobilizing to improve their daily lives. By drawing on its ancestral history, an entire country is searching for itself, wanting to move forward and flourish.
